Alaina has been practicing yoga for over 13 years. She earned her 200 hour teacher training in 2016 in California then moved back to Austin to begin teaching. She has been teaching multiple studio and community classes weekly and specialty workshops over the years. Alaina teaches yoga to facilitate peace, acceptance, and inspiration to allow people to be more content and alive in themselves and their bodies.
Haley holds a 500 hour yoga certification from Practice Yoga Austin with an emphasis on alignment based yoga. She is also continuing her education with a focus on Yoga Therapy. She wants students to leave her class feeling as though they have come home to themselves.
